I have a multi-creative TFN campaign, how do I set that up?

The only tricky part is that we will have to set a specific goal for the campaign.  So, we will need to define an end date and a total number of spots to be played between now and that end date even though that is not explicitly known at this time.  Since we don't know the specific end date, we will have to estimate one and we can change it or extend it later on as needed.

It would be safe to say that you would want to put it in until the end of the year.  Calculate the number of days left in the year - you can use this link which will do it for you depending on your city:  http://www.timeanddate.com/counters/multicountdown.html.  In our example there are 226 days left in the year.  So we would set the end date as 12/31/10 and enter the needed spot goal as 5424 spots per piece of creative (that's 24 * 226).  Since we have 2 spots that need 5424 plays each, we need to set the campaign goal to 10848 spots.

Next, make sure that you set this up as a Single flight Campaign - we will copy the spot to upload the second piece of creative later in the process.  So, on the third screen you only need one spot, with one flight and you should specify the number of spots per flight.  The flight dates should default to the end date set in the campaign goals.

When you get to the scheduling screen, choose 24 hours a day and click all the daily boxes, then Click add to schedule.  You also want to enter a 24 into the How Many spots per day box.  Then click DONE at the bottom of the page.  make sure that you scroll to the bottom of the page and click DONE to save your schedule.

When the campaign Details screen loads, mouse over the SPOT ACTIONS menu and choose COPY SPOT.  Make sure to leave Copy banner data to NO since you are going to add your own banner to the new line item.

Last but not least, we need to alter the frequency caps for the campaign.  To do this, look up, in the top middle section of the screen for the Tools menu and click the FREQUENCY CAPS link.  Leave the Campaign Frequency Cap set to 5 and change the SPOT LEVEL frequency caps from 15 to 55 for each spot.

That's it.  Upload your creative, assign your stations and activate the campaign and you should be good to go.

We hope that helps.  Please let us know if you have any questions or need any further assistance.
