From time to time stations will need to access their ATH (Aggregate Tuning Hours).  This is a Sound Exchange based statistic and not an audience measurement metric.  As such, the ATH is accessible from the Mark Exclusions report of the Sound Exchange reporting section.

To access it just follow these simple steps:

1. Login to the Client Console
2. Click on "Webcast Metrics Reports" at the top of the screen
3. Click the Sound Exchange Reports link
4. Click the "Mark Exclusions" link
5. Fill out the specific criteria needed (date range, station, etc) and click and run report

While TLH in the Webcast Metrics reports is similar - it is important to note that it is not the same statistic and therefore, will be different.  IF you have any questions or need any further assistance whatsoever, please contact our support department by using the link at the top of the screen.
