Webcast Metrics reports are not showing up for the last several days. Is there something wrong?

No.  Nothing is wrong or broken.  All Webcast Metrics reports are always 4 days behind.

There are a few reasons for this; the first is that we have not yet received the data for the period selected. By default, all reports including weekly and monthly are a minimum of 4 days behind. This means a monthly report for June will not be available until July 5th at the minimum.

In some cases it can be a week or more before report data is gathered from all streaming sources. On rare occasions data must be fetched from the content delivery network weeks or even a month after it was due. We make the best effort to make sure all data is received on a timely basis, however we are sometimes prevented from doing so by forces beyond our control such as CDN server failures, transfer failures or other causes. If you are seeing significant missing data, please submit a trouble ticket by clicking the Submit Ticket link at the top of the page.
