We run in an on air delay and need to configure the stream to do the same...AA-00285For the best results, we suggest that the audio feed to the streaming PC be inserted pre-delay. We understand that this, on the surface might not seem like the best alternative, but running pre-delay audio to your stream will ensure that the Injector is running in the most efficient manner possible. However, if it is not possible to run pre-delay audio to the streaming PC, we do have a few options that you can set-up. The best scenario would be to deploy server side Dumps. To do this, simply submit a ticket to our Support Desk through the link above and they will help configure this for you. If you would prefer to handle the delays through the Injector, there is another option but please be forewarned that it is very possible that the station will experience some timing issues when starting commercial breaks and returning from breaks if the below strategy is implemented. So again, the best solution is to feed the stream pre-delay audio. In order to make the changes outlined below, a user with Admin or Super Admin rights will be needed. To enable holds on the Injector Cart Triggers simply follow the steps below: 1. Log in to the Client Console and click on the Injector Manager link at the top of the page NOTE: If the station only runs in delay during specific hours of the day, new triggers should be set-up WITHOUT holds for the times of day that the delay is not in effect. And the DELAY triggers configured above should be edited again to ONLY be active during the times and days that the audio delay is in place for the station Once the changes have been saved it will take10-20 minutes before these edits and changes will be pushed the the live stream
