How do I set-up new users?

Actually, due to Sox Compliance regulations the Triton Digital Support Desk is not permitted to set-up local users once a Super Admin has been created for the market.

Simply contact the local Super Admin user for your cluster, and as such, you can set-up and manage all the local user accounts.

To do so just follow these steps:
1. Have the Super Admin access their andomedia.com account
2. Click on the Advanced link in the right side of top menu bar
3. Click on the User Manager link
4. They can choose to search for users in your market, or they can click the Orange New Account link at the top of the Account Manager
5. If they elect to Add New Account, just have them enter the user's email address, First Name and Last Name
6. Determine if the user should have access to the entire market or one specific station within the market
7. Then assign them a user permission level
8. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click NEXT
