I need to gauge my inventory; both a fill rate of what has been sold and I need a projection of what might be available going forward. What's the best way to get these numbers?

To generate an Inventory Avails report projecting what inventory might be available in the future simply follow these steps:

1. Go to Campaign Manager
2. Click on the Reports & Tools tab
3. Click on the INVENTORY AVAILABILITY report link
4. Highlight the market, then choose the station
5. Set the Traffic Type
6 Set the projection dates needed
7. And choose the spot priorities that you want to use as potentially available.

8. Click CONTINUE and give the report a few moments to run. Keep in mind that this is an estimation based on your traffic levels of the recent past, so while it is very accurate it is still an estimation for what will be available in the future.

For past inventory and an accounting of what has actually played over a PAST date range users can use wither the Time Filled Report or the Inventory Labs.  To use the Time Filled Report just follow the next series of steps:

1. Go to Campaign Manager
2. Click on the Reports & Tools tab
3. Click on the TIME FILLED report link
4. Highlight the market, then choose the needed station(s)
5. Set the Traffic Type
6 Set the projection dates needed – NOTE: these must be for a past date range!
7. Click Generate

A page will load showing the Total Impressions served, allocations that were served based on the level of the Trafficker (local market, Corporate, 3rd Party or Target Spot), and the number of Impressions that went un-served.

If you’d like a graph of the past plays and impressions rather than a chart, you can use the Inventory Lab.  To do so, just follow these steps:

1. Locate the station on the left side of the screen
2. Click the Green Beaker Icon to the right of the station name
3. Click the Inventory Lab Icon
4. Find the graph that tracks the type of inventory that you need to gauge and use the graph to determine inventory sold rates - fill rates are tracked going back 9 months from today

You can also use the Spot Saturation Lab to get a solid picture of how that inventory breaks down, but this lab only goes back for the past 7 days.  Please submit a ticket through the link at the top of this page should you have any other questions or need any other assistance whatsoever.
