I've uploaded my media file and it won't play when I hit the preview feature.

The system can take up to 10 minutes to process a file and will display a processing notification during that time. If you are unable to preview the file after that period, it's possible the file is corrupted. Try and play it locally, if it plays, re-upload the file again.
